Job Description

Howei is seeking a highly committed and motivated Coordinator to manage all daily tasks and internal matters around the office environment. The Coordinator role is primarily focused on providing remote customer service via phone, email and other forms of messaging. The Coordinator role will also involve providing administrative support to the Howei operations team, such as handling
clerical and support duties, which includes overseeing event setup, helpdesk and client inquiries. The Coordinator is expected to be an effective communicator with organisational skills, attentive to the needs of all in the office. There is also room to perform digital marketing tasks through our email and social media channels.

Position Duties:
● Manage and update information through our Howei platform
● Daily monitoring of helpdesk and responding to external inquiries
● Digital marketing via email and social media
● Liaise with internal staff and between departments, e.g. send out email blasts and announcements
● Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
● Perform monetary tasks, including raising purchase requisitions and following up with accounting
● Provide administrative support for operations team
● Monitor staff well-being and addressing any health concerns within the office

Requirements:
● Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
● Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up skills
● Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
● Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required
● Ability to learn other software programs
● Strong verbal and written communication skills required
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
