Forum topic problem

Hmm... Thinking that is there anyway to fix forum module problem...
For example, in a forum topic, if there lots of people reply that topic and the numbers is more than 20, we have to scroll down to see the reply.
Is there anyway we can set it into pager like if the posting replied more than 10, it will go to page two.

Any idea on it..?
