Panels module

Panels module is considered as one the best module in Drupal. Panels used to build and customize the layout of the site.

Panels is one of the top ten must have module in Drupal. Thanks to the contributor, the one same who contributed to the Views modules also (How can be there such a insane person?). The contributor not only allow developers or users to customize or build queries, but also build or customize the layout of the site pages!

You need Panels when you don't like your site theme, that's all. As Panels can allow you to customize your site simply into single, double, and three columns! Some themes come with only single blog style column, so the developers or users might wanna display some more additional information besides, on left or right side. But, the theme block regions are not allowed, so at this time is Panels time.

I was first been introduced to Panels when I was already switched to Drupal 6.x. As Drupal 5.x I'm not dare to try out Panels beta release, and I'm just have a short time with Drupal 5.x, by then I already switched to Drupal 6.x. When I first used Panels is Panels 2, and by that time already very useful and powerful. I wonder how many things could be done by me using Panels! I could simply change the layout of the site, even turn the site into 5 columns!
